- Identify and generate new business opportunities for calibration services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit clients to understand calibration requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Promote calibration services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and calibration packages.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the Calibration Laboratory and Operations Team for service scheduling and timely execution.
- Ensure timely collection of Purchase Orders (POs), work orders, and customer approvals.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-up and outstanding collections.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and effective communication.
- Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events
Pay: ₹20,707.15 - ₹31,274.25 per month
