Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety compliance, implement EHS initiatives, maintain statutory records, conduct safety training, and manage factory administration activities. The role supports safe and efficient operations across manufacturing and project sites.
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, and mock drills.
- Monitor machine, electrical, and material handling safety.
- Prepare & Maintain statutory safety records, compliance documentation and administration reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Safety Management, or related field.
- Fire & Safety certification preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, HVAC, fabrication, or related industries.
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety and Factory Act compliance.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email.

Pay: ₹23,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
