Job Title: PLC Program Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Program Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, troubleshooting system issues, and driving process improvements across our production environment.
MINIMUM EXPERIENECE: 3 TO 5 YEARS

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and test PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
- Design and implement control logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA integration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PLC and automation system issues.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar).
- Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 Years
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA software is an advantage.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
- Experience in commissioning and field support.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and automation standards.
