Job Summary :
He will coordinate overall Design and Optimization of Power Distribution systems , HT , LT, LV Electrical systems to be in place. MV Systems , Lighting Systems , Automation & Digitalization , CEA Regulations, Electrical Safety & Electricity Laws, Solar & Wind (Hybrid) Power Plants & Managerial.
Key responsibilities:
- Electrical Distribution Systems: Design and Optimization of Power Distribution systems
- MV Systems: Switchgears & Protection Schemes of 11 kV & 33kV Systems.
- LT Distribution Systems: Modern Designing with Multi-Transformer LT PCC Panels with Solar & DG Backup, Critical Power Supplies with 1.2 MW UPS, RTPFC, Intelligent MCCs.
- EHV Systems: Knowledge & Experience on 132 kV, 20 MVA & 66 kV, 20 MVA Sub-stations.
- ELV Systems: Designing of Pharma ELV Systems. Fire detection & suppression, Aspiration. CCTV, FAS Panels, DIS, PA, Access Control, Active Switches, LAN & Fibre Optic Networking.
- Lighting Systems: Clean Room Lighting with LUX levels, FLP Lightings & Industrial Grade.
- Automation & Digitalization: BMS/EMS, AI, IoT. process automation systems.
- CEA Regulations, Electrical Safety & Electricity Laws: CEA Regulations-2010, National Electrical Code-2011, Indian Electricity Act-2003, CEI requirements.
- Solar & Wind (Hybrid) Power Plants: Solar & Wind (Hybrid) systems to 20 MW capacities, evacuation at 66 kV/132 kV. Knowledge of all system components, Daily Power Reports.
- Managerial: Pharma GMP: (i) Qualification / validation, CAPA, CSV. (ii) OSD & ASEPTIC areas. (iii) Condition-based /reliability centred maintenance, Energy & Cost Optimization.
