· It is the responsibility of the branch manager to ensure the quality of the loan from the branch
· The BM/Unit Head is also responsible for resolving staff complaints.
· The BM/Unit Head is responsible for not having arrear in the branch/CFC and taking action if there is a need
· The BM/Unit Head is also responsible for keeping the asset at the branch/CFC.
· It is the responsibility of the Branch Manager to inform the staff of the circulars coming from the Head Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
