Job Summary:
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage guest interactions professionally while maintaining the brand's service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and escort them to their tables.
- Manage guest seating efficiently to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain waiting lists and communicate accurate wait times.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the service team to optimize table availability and guest flow.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
- Build positive guest relationships and ensure a memorable first impression.
- Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
- Support the restaurant team during peak operational hours.

- Prior experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, or Front Office Associate is preferred; freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, hotels, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
