Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 6–8+ years of experience in building construction projects. The role is based at our Trivandrum office, where the successful candidate will support our head office in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity take-offs from AutoCAD and PDF engineering drawings, preparing BOQs for tender and ongoing projects, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from AutoCAD and PDF engineering drawings.
Prepare and maintain BOQ spreadsheets for tendering and running projects.
Assist in cost estimation and quantity verification.
Coordinate with project teams and the Dubai head office.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
6–8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction.
Strong experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
