Role Overview
We are looking for a professional Meta Ads Expert who understands performance marketing deeply and can independently manage, scale, and optimize campaigns for both product and service industries.
This role requires real execution skills, data understanding, and fast decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
● Multiple ad account’s handling
● Handle ads for:
○ Product-based brands (focus on ROAS)
○ Service-based businesses (focus on lead quality)
● Create and manage:
○ Campaign structure
○ Ad sets
○ Creative testing strategies
● Analyze performance data:
○ CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
● Scale winning campaigns and stop non-performing ads
● Coordinate with:
○ Creative team
○ Social media team
○ Website and funnel team
● Build and optimize:
○ Product sales funnels
○ Lead generation funnels
● Implement:
○ Pixel setup and tracking
○ Conversion APIs
○ Event tracking
● Manage daily budgets and scaling plans
● Prepare performance reports and insights
● Participate in strategy and review meetings
Experience Required
● Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
● Proven track record in:
○ E-commerce performance marketing
○ Service lead generation campaigns
● Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required
● Comfortable managing multiple ad accounts
