Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads. This role is critical in understanding customer needs, providing a high-level overview of Roadcast’s solutions, and qualifying leads before handing them over to the sales team with complete and accurate requirement details.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact incoming leads promptly via calls, emails, or WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business pain points in detail
- Provide a basic overview of Roadcast’s products, features, and capabilities
- Ask relevant discovery questions to assess use cases, fit, and potential scope
- Qualify leads based on product requirement, budget, timeline, and readiness
- Document all customer requirements and prepare a structured lead brief for the sales team
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and coordinate with sales for follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM
- Support pre-sales activities such as feature explanations, requirement gathering, and initial solution alignment
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand technology products and explain them in simple terms
- Good documentation and CRM management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS or technology products
- Understanding of logistics, mobility, fleet management, or supply chain solutions is a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
