- Operate and monitor the gumming machine efficiently during production.
- Set up the machine according to production requirements and specifications.
- Ensure proper application of gum/adhesive on the required material.
- Maintain proper alignment, coating quality, and finishing of the material.
- Monitor machine speed, pressure, temperature, and other operational parameters.
- Load and unload raw materials safely and efficiently.
- Identify and resolve minor machine-related issues during operation.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams regarding production requirements.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Report major machine breakdowns or technical issues to the Maintenance Department or Supervisor.
- Maintain daily production and machine operation records.
Pay: ₹8,733.64 - ₹29,693.64 per month
