As a Telecalling Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and converting potential leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services clearly.
Answer inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain a polite, engaging, and professional demeanor at all times.
Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate solutions/services.
Follow up with warm leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
Maintain an accurate log of all calls, feedback, and customer details in our daily database/CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (Fresher candidates with exceptional communication skills are welcome!).
Languages: Strong command over spoken Hindi and good understanding/fluency in English.
Communication Style: Highly articulate, clear diction, excellent listening skills, and an empathetic approach to handling customer queries.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, or smartphone calling apps.
