Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our US Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, prospect identification, and assisting in business development activities for the US market. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international sales processes, client communication, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the US market.
- Generate and qualify leads through various online platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and client information.
- Assist in outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead generation targets.
- Update CRM with accurate prospect and client information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and US shift timings.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in International Sales and Business Development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Understanding of the US market and B2B sales process.
- Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
