About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer with 2–3 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of responsive web development, user interface design principles, and modern frontend development practices. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create high-quality web applications and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of browser debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX.
- Ability to write semantic and accessible markup.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
