Assistant / Deputy / Manager - Pricing

On behalf of our client a leading international freight forwarding and logistics organization.
We are looking for experienced Pricing professionals with a strong background in freight forwarding, carrier negotiations, and commercial pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare competitive Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight quotations
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and spot rate requests
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners
- Analyze margins, profitability, and market trends
- Coordinate with overseas agents and internal teams for pricing solutions
Requirements:
- 6 to 10+ years of freight forwarding pricing experience
- Strong knowledge of import/export pricing and carrier procurement
- Experience handling RFQs and customer quotations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
