The Café Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality food while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes. The role includes managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards, monitoring inventory, minimizing food wastage, and ensuring all ingredients are stored and handled safely.
The Café Chef is expected to prepare all menu items according to standard recipes, coordinate with the service team for timely order execution, maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition, and ensure the kitchen remains organized and efficient throughout operating hours. The chef should monitor stock levels, raise purchase requirements, check the quality and freshness of ingredients, and contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials.
The Café Chef must be able to work efficiently under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, follow standard operating procedures, uphold quality standards, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer dining experience through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
