Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
