Job Title: Sales Engineer (Manufacturing Equipment )
Location: Pune
Experience: 3–7 Years
CTC: ₹5–7 LPA (Negotiable)
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell industrial/process equipment to B2B clients.
Identify potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM (Zoho/Salesforce or similar).
Travel to customer locations for meetings and site visits when required.
Required Skills:
3–7 years of experience in Technical Sales/B2B Sales.
Experience in Process Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Spray Dryers, Evaporators, or related engineering products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Industry: Process Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Engineering Products, Manufacturing, Automation, Pumps & Valves, HVAC, or related industries.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
