Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate MBA Tourism freshers to join our Travel Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel bookings, itinerary preparation, vendor coordination, customer support, and day-to-day tour operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing domestic & international tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors.
- Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation.
- Support customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor tour operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain booking records and update CRM/MIS reports.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
- Assist in vendor management and rate negotiations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Passion for travel and tourism industry.
Preferred
- MBA in Tourism & Travel Management.
- Internship or project experience in travel/tourism will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of travel terminology, itinerary planning, and reservations.
