About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fundraising Intern who wants to learn and grow in the social impact sector. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and gain hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, proposal writing, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential donors, companies, foundations, and CSR opportunities.
- Support the preparation of fundraising proposals, presentations, and sponsorship documents.
- Assist in identifying grant and funding opportunities.
- Help build and maintain relationships with donors and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and fundraising communications.
- Maintain donor records and fundraising reports.
- Support fundraising campaigns and events.
- Work with the communications team to create fundraising content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to improve fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
Requirements
- Graduate, postgraduate, or final-year student from any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
