Neo Plastic Industries is a leading manufacturer of high-quality PP Sheets, catering to customers across various industries. With a monthly dispatch volume exceeding 400 MT, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Stock Supervisor to manage dispatch operations, inventory movement, and inter-departmental coordination.
Job Summary
The Dispatch & Stock Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all dispatch and inventory activities within the factory. The ideal candidate should ensure timely dispatches, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth material movement while following company procedures and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Management
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities with labour and contractors.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch without delays.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability, freight, and dispatch schedules.
- Verify dispatch quantities, packing, labelling, and documentation before vehicle departure.
- Ensure proper loading practices to avoid material damage during transit.
- Monitor dispatch status until delivery and resolve transportation-related issues.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Monitor stock inward and outward movements.
- Perform daily stock reconciliation with physical inventory.
- Maintain stock registers and ERP/Tally records accurately.
- Coordinate with production for finished goods availability.
- Report stock shortages, excesses, or discrepancies immediately.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and assist during audits.
Documentation
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-way Bills, Transport Receipts, Packing Lists, etc.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain proper filing of dispatch and stock records.
- Update dispatch and stock reports on a daily basis.
Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Production Department for production planning and finished goods availability.
- Accounts Department for invoicing and dispatch clearance.
- Sales Team regarding dispatch schedules and customer priorities.
- Transporters for vehicle planning and delivery timelines.
- Customers regarding dispatch status when required.
- Factory Management for daily dispatch updates and operational planning.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
Warehouse & Material Handling
- Supervise warehouse housekeeping and storage practices.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor material handling to avoid damage and wastage.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of materials.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Maintain stock movement reports.
- Report pending dispatches, transport issues, and inventory status to management.
- Monitor dispatch performance against production and sales requirements.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Follow safety guidelines during loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the dispatch and warehouse areas.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of higher qualifications.
Experience
- Fresher as well as 2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, inventory, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Understanding of dispatch documentation.
- Familiarity with E-way Bills and transport documentation is preferred.
Communication Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, transporters, customers, and management.

- Handling monthly dispatch volumes exceeding 400 MT.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a manufacturing or plastic processing industry.
- Comfortable managing labour teams and transporter coordination.
- Able to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth dispatch operations with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
