Job Title: Distributor Sales Executive / Distributor Sales Manager (IT Products)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Distribution Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing IT products from distributors across Pan India, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase IT products from distributors across Pan India.
- Generate sales while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and clients.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Good understanding of PDC, CDC, credit cycles, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on payments and ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convince and convert prospective clients.
- Experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Understanding of IT hardware products and distribution business.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
- Self-driven, responsible, and committed towards work.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Qualification).
- Experience in IT Distribution Sales / IT Hardware Sales preferred.
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates from the same industry will be preferred.
