Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments/facilities.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational and support staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Prepare manpower planning, shift scheduling, and duty rosters.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service etiquette standards.
Client & Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, guests, or corporate stakeholders.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Facility & Vendor Management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, cafeteria, and other support services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
- Monitor AMC schedules, asset management, and facility upkeep.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and procurement processes.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, fire, and statutory compliance standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections for operational quality and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 5–12 years of experience in hospitality, facility management, administration, or operations.
- Minimum 2–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-site operations preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
