Responsibilities:
- Expanding our customer base in both the Central and western, regions of India.
- Developing a visit plan for both existing and potential customers, actively contributing to business
growth.
- Conducting competitor analysis and implementing necessary changes in our sales and services
strategies.
- Managing activities related to personnel on-site, gathering feedback, and resolving any issues.
- Holding monthly review meetings with all relevant departments to assess sales and service
performance.
- Analyzing THC (Tap Hole Clay) application parameters across all sites and providing guidance for
efficient order execution within established schedules.
- Setting a target and achieving annual growth in THC business in line with the decided budget.
- Coordinating closely with the Production QC, R&D and Logistics departments to ensure
timely material deliveries.
