Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

5 9 years of overall IT experience with 2 years as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban
Hands on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery
Proven experience in client stakeholder management
Experience in reporting metrics tracking and dashboards
Familiarity with Agile tools
JIRA Azure DevOps Rally
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Requirements:

Primary skills Process Development Methodology Infosys Global Agile methodology Process Development Methodology Scrum

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks SAFe LeSS
Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools Power BI Excel dashboards
Exposure to DevOps environments and CI CD practices
Experience working with cross functional global teams
Background in technical roles developer tester BA is a plus
