Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Head – Pre-Sales Business to lead and expand our regional sales operations across Bangalore and Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring achievement of regional business targets. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility: Overall company performance, growth, and
profitability.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and
deep expertise in pre-sales and business development functions.
Drive regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets for the assigned
territories.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and market expansion
initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel
partners, and stakeholders.
Lead pre-sales discussions, solution presentations, commercial negotiations,
and proposal management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to
develop effective sales plans.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage a regional sales team comprising:
Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and field support.
Drive team productivity, motivation, and capability development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA
preferred.
8–15 years of experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience in managing large regional sales teams.
Strong exposure to enterprise sales, B2B sales, or solution selling
environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder
management skills.
Ability to drive business growth in competitive markets.
Willingness to travel across Bangalore and Chennai regions as required.
