Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to
lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
digital marketing and advertising, with a proven track record of driving revenue, building
high-value client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
This role requires a leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to
influence business decisions and shape long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Analysis
● Lead in-depth analysis of current and prospective clients, as well as competitors, to
develop actionable digital strategies.
● Evaluate past campaigns to identify improvement opportunities, competitive gaps,
and emerging trends.
● Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making at the
executive level.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
● Drive high-value lead generation initiatives and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at client
organizations.
● Develop and oversee a comprehensive sales strategy including direct outreach,
networking, and strategic partnerships.
Networking & Industry Engagement
● Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to
strengthen visibility and credibility.
● Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
New Business Opportunities
● Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for business growth and expansion.
● Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and client segments, aligning with
organizational objectives.● Drive the development and execution of business strategies to maximize revenue
and market share.
Client Pitching & Proposal Development
● Oversee the creation of customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for
high-value clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Video, Media Buying, Integrated Solutions)
to ensure client-specific strategies are executed effectively.
Client Needs Assessment
● Lead in understanding client business objectives, industry challenges, and digital
strategy requirements.
● Advise clients on innovative solutions based on social advertising trends, market
insights, and competitive positioning.
Project Estimation & Coordination
● Ensure accurate project estimation, budgeting, and timeline management for client
engagements.
● Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and
contractual compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client
management within digital marketing or advertising, preferably in a senior or
leadership capacity.
● Proven track record of managing and closing high-value accounts and driving
business growth.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
influence senior stakeholders.
● Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market awareness.
● Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
