Job Description:
We are hiring Business Development Executives (Tele Sales) for our client in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates with experience in SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Pitch products/services to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Update sales activities in CRM
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales
- Experience in SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM is an added advantage
