Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Understand technical requirements and recommend tailored organic nutrient solutions.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
- Product Demos: Conduct high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to align customer feedback with product development.
What We Are Looking For?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Relevant internships are a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for technical sales.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-first attitude.
