Job Title: Store Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with designers, production, dispatch, and internal teams.
- Maintain order records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
- Track production status and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure all customer orders are shipped on time.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, production, dispatch, merchandising, or retail operations.
- Background in Fashion, Apparel, Garments, or Retail is preferred.
- Good communication and email writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidates:
Experience in fashion retail, garment production, merchandising, or order management.
