We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in multi-cuisine food preparation, and a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- 3–5 years of relevant hotel experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations
