Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls professionally.
- Manage client enquiries and follow-ups.
- Attend walk-in visitors and manage the front desk.
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth client support.
- Maintain CRM/Excel data and daily reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email & Excel).
- Professional attitude, punctual, and well-presented.
Freshers are NOT eligible for this position.
Salary
As per experience & interview performance.
