We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Architect with 5+ years of experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves leading the interior design function for residential and commercial projects, creating innovative and functional design solutions, and ensuring high-quality execution. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design skills, expertise in materials and finishes, and the ability to manage design teams and collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the interior design process from concept to execution for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions in line with client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration and feasibility.
- Oversee procurement of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Review contractor proposals, shop drawings, and installation plans for interiors.
- Ensure timely delivery of interior design milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage and mentor junior interior designers and design teams.
- Conduct site visits to supervise execution, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
