Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to expand our wholesale and corporate business for Gold and Diamond Jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and business partners, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including jewellery retailers, multi-brand outlets, distributors, and corporate customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, quotations, and order processing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present new jewellery collections and product offerings to clients.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Account Management
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Trade Shows & Events
- Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Generate leads and develop business opportunities through networking activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Gold, Diamond, Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of wholesale jewellery sales and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
