Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer warmly and create a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery based on their budget and preference.
- Explain product features, purity, weight, making charges, wastage, gemstone details, and certification.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Promote ongoing offers, gold savings schemes, exchange offers, and festive promotions.
- Cross-sell and up-sell jewellery, diamonds, silver articles, and accessories.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collect customer information accurately for CRM and future marketing activities.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery counters.
- Handle jewellery with utmost care and follow showroom security procedures.
- Assist in stock verification, inventory counting, and product replenishment.
- Coordinate with the cashier for billing and payment completion.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and dress code.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and business information.
- Attend daily briefings, product knowledge sessions, and sales training programs.
- Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to the manager.
- Support showroom activities during exhibitions, festivals, and special sales events.
- Ensure zero stock discrepancies due to negligence.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
