- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and processing workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting while managing individual responsibilities.
