We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads, engage potential customers and create sales opportunities through outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails and social outreach
- Qualify prospects and understand business requirements
- Schedule meetings and route qualified opportunities to sales teams
- Build and maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Research accounts and identify decision makers
- Maintain lead and customer records accurately
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Good internet research and lead generation capability
- Basic CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
HSC / Graduation preferred
Compensation:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
