Team Red is hiring energetic and field-oriented Sales Officers / Sales Executives to expand its customer base across Tamil Nadu. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards and compliance. Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Customer Acquisition • Handle Gold Loan / CLAP products within the assigned territory. • Source and onboard new customers through field visits and local market activities. • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Ensure repeat business through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
Sales Target Achievement • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. • Plan and execute daily field activities to maximize business opportunities. Documentation & Compliance • Complete KYC and customer documentation accurately. • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
