We're looking for a Content Strategist who can shape our narrative, develop impactful content strategies, and bring fresh creative thinking to everything we do.
About the Role
As Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen the Unseen brand across digital platforms. You will work closely with founders, creatives, designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to create content that is engaging, authentic, and aligned with our vision.
This role requires someone who understands culture, storytelling, social media, and audience behavior, and can transform ideas into compelling content that drives engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead content strategies across social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Create content calendars and manage content planning in alignment with business objectives and events.
- Identify storytelling opportunities and translate brand values into engaging content.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators to produce high-quality content.
- Write and edit copy for social media, campaigns, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct audience and trend research to identify emerging opportunities and relevant cultural conversations.
- Monitor content performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Manage campaign execution from concept through delivery.
- Support partnerships, collaborations, events, and community-focused initiatives through strategic content planning.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, brand communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience developing content strategies and managing content calendars.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for culture, design, trends, and storytelling.
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, creative, media, or culture-focused brands is preferred.
