Please mail your resume @hr@moksharetails.comOperational Execution<ul><li>Manage daily pickups: schedule and confirm courier pickups across assigned lanes and ensure timely handovers.</li><li>AWB and manifest handling: generate and validate AWBs and manifests; ensure accurate mapping between orders and AWBs.</li><li>First mile coordination: liaise with warehouses and packers to ensure shipments are ready for courier collection.</li><li>POD management: collect, verify, and archive Proof of Delivery documents; update systems promptly.</li></ul>Carrier Management and SLA Enforcement<ul><li>Primary point of contact: maintain daily communication with courier operations and account managers.</li><li>SLA monitoring: track pickup, transit, and delivery SLAs and trigger escalations when thresholds are breached.</li><li>Carrier scorecards: maintain basic performance metrics and share weekly summaries with operations lead.</li><li>Rate and lane optimization support: provide operational input for lane performance and cost discussions.</li></ul>Exception Management and Resolution<ul><li>Triage exceptions: investigate delays, misroutes, failed deliveries, and damages; document root causes.</li><li>Escalation ownership: escalate unresolved or recurring issues to courier account teams and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Customer and vendor updates: provide timely status updates and expected resolution timelines.</li><li>Reattempt coordination: schedule redeliveries and confirm availability windows with customers and couriers.</li></ul>Reverse Logistics and Returns Support<ul><li>Return pickups: coordinate courier pickups for returns and ensure correct routing to return centers.</li><li>RTO processing: log RTOs, update order status, and coordinate with warehouse for inbound handling.</li></ul>Reporting and Analytics<ul><li>Daily trackers: maintain dashboards for pickups, deliveries, exceptions, and COD status.</li><li>KPI reporting: report on first attempt delivery rate, exception TAT, pickup adherence, and COD reconciliation.</li><li>Trend analysis: identify recurring failure patterns and prepare short RCA notes for management.</li></ul>Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
