Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to middle and secondary classes, developing students’ conceptual understanding, and creating an engaging, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons for assigned classes.
- Teach mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples, activities, and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching resources.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide remedial teaching.
- Encourage logical thinking, analytical skills, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrate appropriate technology and digital teaching tools into classroom learning.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, assessment results, and academic documentation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive student behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, workshops, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management to improve academic outcomes.
- Follow the school’s academic policies, curriculum guidelines, and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Candidates meeting the applicable TGT eligibility requirements will be preferred.
- Strong command of Mathematics and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.

Experience
1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
