Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities, drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing reports for management.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and other business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketin, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, branding, and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and make business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel when required.
