The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role also includes follow-up with customers, coordination with sales teams, and maintaining long-term customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain and update customer database and records.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads, pending payments, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare CRM reports and customer activity reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
