About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage quotations, vendor coordination, procurement, billing support, and project operations. The candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution from quotation to payment collection.
Key ResponsibilitiesQ2C (Quote-to-Cash) Operations
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery.
- Track projects from quotation to invoicing and payment collection.
- Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoices and payment follow-ups.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and coordinate translators, voice-over artists, video editors, subtitlers, and other production vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and manage vendor assignments.
- Maintain vendor database, agreements, rate cards, and records.
- Ensure timely availability of resources for projects.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Handle vendor or delivery-related escalations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, operations, project coordination, or vendor management.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, quotations, and billing processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in localization, translation, dubbing, e-learning, or media industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools, CAT tools, or media workflows is an added advantage.
