Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon PPC Campaign Management
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across multiple formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Ensure campaigns are structured strategically to maximize product visibility, drive targeted traffic, and improve overall sales performance on the Amazon marketplace.
2. Keyword Research & Bid Optimization
Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Amazon’s native advertising tools to identify high-performing, relevant keywords. Continuously refine bidding strategies, adjust budgets, and perform A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and targeting options to improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis
Regularly monitor campaign performance using Amazon Advertising Console and other analytics tools. Analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ACOS, and TACOS to identify trends, detect opportunities for optimization, and generate actionable insights that improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
4. Market Trend & Algorithm Awareness
Stay updated with the latest developments in Amazon advertising trends, algorithm changes, and marketplace policies. Continuously adapt advertising strategies to align with evolving platform features, ensuring campaigns remain competitive and effective.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as product management, content creation, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure advertising strategies align with overall business goals. Coordinate campaign strategies with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
Requirements
1. Relevant Experience
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, with a proven track record of improving campaign performance, optimizing advertising spend, and achieving strong return on investment.
2. Technical Proficiency
Strong proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, and bulk file management for efficient campaign creation, optimization, and scaling.
3. Analytical Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting large datasets and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize advertising strategies.
4. Amazon SEO Knowledge
Solid understanding of Amazon SEO principles, including keyword indexing, product ranking factors, and effective keyword placement to support both organic and paid visibility.
5. Communication & Project Management
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and clearly report performance insights and recommendations.
