About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Fashion Boutique Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of our boutique. The candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, assisting with store activities, maintaining the boutique, and delivering fabrics to our workshop when required
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers visiting the boutique and provide assistance with their requirements.
- Assist customers with selecting fabrics, garments, and other products as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the boutique.
- Arrange and maintain fabrics, garments, samples, and other store materials.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and keeping track of materials and stock.
- Coordinate with the workshop regarding materials, garments, and customer requirements.
- Deliver fabrics to the workshop when required.
- Ensure materials are delivered safely and on time.
- Assist with general day-to-day boutique operations.
- Handle customers and work-related responsibilities in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Ability to travel locally for occasional workshop deliveries.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of handling fabrics/garments or retail experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
