Job Summary
Real Group – GK TMT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coal Field cum Office Executive to support coal procurement, sampling, field coordination, documentation, and commercial operations. The role requires frequent travel to mines, coal washeries, railway sidings, and plant locations while ensuring smooth execution of coal-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise coal sampling activities and coordinate joint/third-party sampling.
- Monitor coal quality and ensure compliance with sampling procedures.
- Supervise coal lifting operations at SECL mines, railway sidings, and coal washeries.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, laboratories, and plant teams.
- Visit SECL Area Offices and Headquarters for coal-related documentation, liaison, and refund matters.
- Maintain records of sampling reports, coal lifting status, dispatch details, and field activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Support commercial and administrative activities related to coal procurement.
- Draft official correspondence and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Perform additional operational and commercial responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Steel, Power, Mining, Coal Washery, Logistics, or Coal Analysis industries.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to mines, plants, and field locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates based in Raipur or willing to relocate will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
