About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive who will manage end-to-end finance, taxation, compliance, and investment-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of GST and return filing processes, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities1. GST & Compliance
- Manage GST filings, including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor updates in taxation laws and ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants for GST-related queries.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial models for various health clinics and business units.
- Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost assessments.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Investor Due Diligence
- Handle complete due-diligence workflows for potential investors (individuals, institutions, and corporate entities).
- Prepare and organize required documentation, reports, compliance checklists, and financial summaries.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth investment processes.
4. MIS & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed MIS reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) for management review.
- Support in budget creation for new projects, proposals, and expansion plans.
- Track budget utilisation and provide insights for decision-making.
5. CSR & Invoice Management
- Maintain and update CSR-related invoices, records, and documentation.
- Ensure timely processing and proper classification of CSR financial entries.
6. Banking & Documentation
- Handle banking documentation, including account opening/closing, fund transfers, KYC updates, and loan-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with banks for queries, statements, and transaction support.
7. General Accounting
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ledger reviews, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and fund allocation as required.
- Assist in statutory audits and internal audits.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Support management in financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for data gathering and reporting.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly archived and audit-ready at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modelling.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with auditors, banks, and investors.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in healthcare/clinic finance (added advantage).
- Exposure to CSR accounting or investor relations.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

Pay: ₹9,458.97 - ₹40,183.79 per month
