Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP activities across multiple real estate projects.
- Review and finalize MEP designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure MEP works are completed within project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, STP/WTP, and ELV systems.
- Manage procurement planning, contractor billing, rate analysis, and cost optimization for MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and local authority approvals.
- Conduct regular site reviews, progress monitoring, and risk assessment to resolve technical issues.
- Lead vendor evaluation, contractor performance management, and technical negotiations.
- Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and management presentations.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and implement best engineering practices across projects.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, STP/WTP systems.
- Expertise in MEP project planning, execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of NBC, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team handling skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Additional certifications in MEP/Project Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15–18 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong exposure to high-rise building projects and end-to-end MEP management.
- Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
