URGENT HIRING – Senior Engineer (Execution)
Location: Moshi, Pune
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer – Execution to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Handle material planning, manpower allocation, and resource management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Candidates with shorter notice periods or immediate joining availability will be preferred.
