Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher to nurture young children and support their early learning and development. The teacher will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 2–5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and social skills
- Use creative methods like storytelling, rhymes, games, and play-based learning
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children
- Monitor and track each child’s development and progress
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
- Organize and participate in school events and celebrations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children
- Excellent patience, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of early childhood education methods
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Warm, friendly, and energetic personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori training, or equivalent
- Prior experience in a pre-school or daycare
- Knowledge of activity-based and play-way teaching methods

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
